Volunteers help create a supportive environment where students feel encouraged to explore new skills, while merit badge counselors connect Scouting advancement with practical career pathways. Subject matter experts bring credibility and depth, showing young people how the trades power everyday life and offering mentorship that can spark lifelong interest. By sharing their time and knowledge, adults not only strengthen the program but also invest in the next generation of skilled workers, leaders, and community builders.
